4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Customers must notify us via email within this period to initiate the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.
